  Helped us get rid of a ton of junk including a big pile of heavy landscaping bricks and an old mini fridge at a very reasonable price! Great communication and availability for scheduling. Couldn't recommend them more!

  Edit:After reviewing the passive aggressive and condescending response from the owner, this review has been lowered to a one star. Had the owner contacted me, apologized for confusion and explained everything, I would’ve been happy to raise it to 5 stars. The whole point I was attempting to make is that I understand you can’t be certain on price without seeing the job, but when you only state that it starts at $110 it leaves many questions. I personally would’ve rather had been given more information prior. Example, a full truckload is $350, it’s an extra $50 if we have to go two places etc. price breakdown like that would be nice and better prepare for the actual price given upon arrival. I do believe a phone call in the very beginning would clear up any and all confusion, as texting and sending links does not equal clear communication. I would give 5 stars however I did not feel as though pricing was transparent. I texted the number I was given on the website and was responded to in a timely manner and told they could come out in a few hours which was fantastic. I was informed that the minimum charge would be $110. I was then asked to give photos of what was going to be hauled away. I provided the photos and asked how much they estimated it would be. They said they would not know the exact amount until they get there but that they were priced well and offered great service and I would be happy with the experience. I thought it was slightly odd I couldn’t get a rough estimate considering they wanted pictures of the pickup items. Upon arrival I was told it would be $350 to remove the items. I will say there were a few items that we asked for them to remove once they got there that were not in the pictures however it was not a considerable amount more. We also helped them load the trailer with the items. I am not upset about the total being $350 however based on the minimum being $110 and providing pictures of the items I was expecting $200 or less, not over three times more than the minimum. I think being able to provide a better estimate especially when pictures are provided would make for a more transparent experience, I understand there are factors and variables that can change an estimate upon seeing it In person, but I may have chose a different route had I known it would be $350.

  I am a Realtor and had a listing coming up that was a very large home absolutely filled with furniture and personal belongings that the owner wanted cleaned out. I sent Merrie a text and she responded within minutes, let me at the house within 20 minutes, gave me her estimate during our walkthru and was able to start that same day! I’m not kidding when I say I was skeptical at first because she said it would only take them a few days—this house was huge so I thought there’s no way. Not only did they follow through, they did this days before the holiday and had it entirely cleaned out just as they said! I am so impressed and I will be using them again and telling my colleagues. Communication was amazing, timelines were clear and fast, AND they donate items to people in need instead of just filling the landfills. Thank you so much!
