  DO NOT USE JAKES! We hired Jake for an interior demolition project. His crew was negligent in not properly containing the work area so we wound up with toxic cement dust throughout the upstairs of our home, including our kitchen and living spaces, inside our cabinets and vents. He was rude and and mostly unconcerned about it until we told him he'd have to pay for remediation if he didnt send a cleaning crew. He finally sent one, but they didnt have a clue what was needed. They basically dusted and vacuumed, which only made it worse by spreading the dust further and multiple areas were missed. Ultimately, we had to hire ServePro to do the remediation. It took them 3 full days to remediate the dust with air scrubbers running for 5 days. That's how bad it was. Jake has refused to reimburse us, saying he wasn't required to pay for it and lied to the CSLB about what happened. We are now out $5000+ for something that is 100% his fault. He is not a good person, he is not honest and not responsible. I never write negative reviews but I would hate to see anyone else go through with what we did.

  One of their drivers ran a red light and rammed into my friend's car. She was taken to the hospital with broken ribs, a concussion, and her car was totaled. They exchanged their "insurance" info only to find out that the driver for Jake's Junk Removal gave false information. After multiple attempts to contact them, she ended up with thousands of dollars in hospital bills and no car. I assume that their business is not so legit after all.

  Aaron and Oscar did a great job taking apart our work bench and hauling away. Such friendly, helpful guys. Great price for their service. Highly recommend!
