4 weeks agoThe plumber that did my work was very knowledgeable and patient. Courteous. Answered all my questions. However, the cost of services will prevent me from ever using Apex again. I paid $1300 for a service with <$50 parts and ~ 2 hrs of labor. Yes. I knew the cost up front. But at that point I needed it done and really wasn’t in a position to shop it around. -

When they weren’t able to complete the shop job because of a technical issue outside their control, they made sure I had someone coming the next morning to finish. I’m very impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and expertise.
