  Our water heater stopped working on New Years Eve, and on New Years Day, JG Water Heaters dispatched Christian to our house to install a new one. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their fast response, especially on a holiday. Having been without hot water for 2 days started becoming really uncomfortable, so I commend JG Water Heaters and Christian for working on a holiday to fix our dilemma. Because of their responsiveness and Christian's skilled professionalism, I highly recommend JG Water Heaters for their ability to act fast, their plumbing expertise, and cleaning up after themselves when the job was done. Many thanks to Greg and his team for helping us out of a bind!

  Christian, their head technician, was accessible, courteous, informative and honest. He made me feel confident that he was the right person for the service and water heater product I needed. He was able to complete the project one day later within about a three hour time period. He was efficient and cleaned up completely with a minimum of inconvenience of no hot water during his work to my family. I cannot recommend him more highly and more emphatically.
